REFUND & RETURN POLICY

STG Tea reserves the right to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.

1. General Policy
All orders are carefully checked and packed before shipment. Customers are advised to inspect their item(s) immediately upon receiving the order.
We do not accept cancellation, refund, or exchange requests once payment has been successfully processed, except under the conditions stated below.

2. Eligible Return & Refund Conditions
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
i. Incorrect item delivered
ii. Damaged or defective item received
iii. Expired item received
iv. Item is out of stock after payment is made
Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the order is received.
Customers are required to provide:
i. Order Confirmation Number
ii. Clear photo(s) of the item
iii. Brief explanation of the issue

3. Important Notice
Please note that STG Tea is not responsible for damages caused during the delivery process by third-party courier services. However, we will ensure all products are packed properly and securely before shipment.
Returned item(s) must be:
i. Unused
ii. In original packaging
iii. In the same condition as received
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item shows signs of usage, damage, or tampering.

4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be provided in the form of:
i. Store Credit, or
ii. Discount Voucher / Credit Points
Refunds will not be provided in cash. The store credit or voucher can be used for future purchases on our official platform.

5. Return Authorization (RA) Procedure
Before returning any item(s), customers must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number from STG Tea.
Step 1: Kindly contact us via email at hello.tea@stgtea.com
Step 2: Provide the Following Information
Please include the following details in your email:
• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Delivery Address
• Order Confirmation Number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photo(s) of the item(s)

Step 3: Return Authorization (RA) Approval
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a RA Number and further return instructions will be sent to you via email.
Returned item(s) must be shipped within fifteen (15) days from the date the RA Number is issued.
Please write the RA Number clearly on the parcel or include the Return Authorization Form inside the package.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost initially. If the return request is approved after inspection, the shipping fee will be reimbursed accordingly. Replacement item(s) will be shipped free of charge where applicable.
